练习感悟：
1.今天因为We'll和Will练习了很久，嘴皮子都快要磨破了，还有sailed里的d录音中我发出的音是t，之前有同学给我指正过，看来我还是没改呀，没有用上丹田的洪荒之力。音标学到12个，读句子时已经很难去注意每个单词的发音了，所以还是要靠单独练习单词的发音来纠正。
2.录音时我越读越快，仔细听发现录音中句子和句子之间的间隔很长，大概两拍，逗号之间大概一拍，在间隔的时候数拍子有利于达到和录音一样的时长。这样心里不慌，因为录音时基本都去看文本了没看时长。
3.今天完成的早，主要是没有运动，时间多出来了。刚好在追溯阅读理解看到s君谈运动的那篇，觉得很对，要想高效学习，锻炼身体提高精力也是必须的。人生好难啊。但还是要加油。
