背景
工作计划管理一直是一件很麻烦的事，最初在windows上用excel管理，excel占资源，全天都得开着，用了一段时间就放弃了。后来用了百度脑图，百度脑图做的已经很不错，但对于一个追求高效率但程序员来讲，还是有点不方便，有时候不小心退出了账号，想更新个计划还得登录，公司网速又不怎么好，这么一想也就懒得更新了。
理想中但计划管理软件应该是
- 一行命令就能查看今天计划
- 一行命令就能更新计划
- 一行命令就能增加一条新计划
对于程序员来讲，总归还是命令行工具最好用。于是花了一个周末用shell写了一个简单的任务管理程序。

如果需要更新的计划不在列表中，没有计划编号，会自动加入到列表并且更新状态为close
