It's important to evaluate the statements honestly and without over-thinking your answers.

(Absence Trust)
Statement 4,6,12:
(Fear of Conflict)
Statement 1,7,10:
(Lack of Commitment)
Statement 3,8,13:
(Avoidance of Accountability)
Statement 2,11,14:
(Inattention to Results)
Statement 5,9,15:总分?
说明:
8-9分 说明你所在的团队不存在这些障碍(a probable indication that the dysfunction is not a problem for your team)
6-7分 说明你所在的团队存在这些障碍(indicate that the dysfunction could be a problem)
3-5分 说明你所在的团队存在的障碍已经值得关注了(probably an indication that the dysfunction needs to be addressed)
Regardless of your scores, it is important to keep in mind that every team needs constant work, because, without it, even the best ones deviate toward dysfunction.
