Mr. Goodman is a fresh graduate who just enters an intergovernmental regional organization, or in other words, a divergence of extensions of several national civil service systems. Through being directed by his director, a senior and seasoned Thai diplomat, and interacting with other related persons in some sort of international scenarios, he is able to have inside involvement in some interesting episodes, some of which are too interesting to stimulate him to record as below.
