I have two casseroles which are used for stewing meat or ribs at cooking. The soup will be very delicious and nutritious if stewing the meats after one or two hours. My mother often cooks the stew for us.
At first, we only have one Casserole which is big enough to stew meats to my families. But my mother always like to cook the meat in full and spill the soup out of casserole.Sometimes the stove fire even was put out. I thought it was very dangerous to stew meat like this way.So one day I bought a twice bigger Casserole. To my surprise, the soup was still spilled out . Because after then she has bought more than twice meat than before. And always half stew was left after finishing the meal and ate it again in the next day.
