所以每次在银行里一拿起手机玩，壮实黝黑的保安就背着枪向我走来...

可是，为什么呢？我大天朝没有这规矩的，我们向来是可以把手机带进银行里玩的，甚至把银行放进手机里玩。而这里，没有手机银行，还不能在银行玩手机。害的我每次一拿出手机都想象自己正斗智斗勇地，打算引爆个炸弹什么的。

在 Philippine Daily Inquirer 找到了这个，所以大概是为了避免银行内外通讯抢银行吧，因为你不知道客人手机上在聊些什么。但是奇怪的是，只要站在银行门外就可以了。
这不科学，假如我打算打劫，出来打个电话再进去和我在里面打个电话有差别？总而言之，不能理解某些议员的脑子是怎么想的。
那么除了马尼拉，还有哪些地方的银行内也禁止使用通讯设备呢？

JUANR：Here in Colombia yes, you cannot use a mobile phone inside a bank.
ryangooner：They are banned in banks in England as far as i know - always reminds me of the opening of Pulp Fiction where Tim Roth explains that someone held a bank up with a mobile!!!!
simo82：It is banned here in Italy because it can interfere with the metal detector at the entrance of all banks.
感觉很多地方有这习惯，而且医院不能用手机，据说是为了避免影响医疗设备？手机不背这个锅好吗。
其实这项规定也不是很严格执行，比如在熟悉的银行里，还是可以随意使用手机的，面对着禁用手机的标语，我抖着腿玩手机，这常常让我有种自己是存款几百万的VIP错觉。
