- Attach the scanned copy of your Internet Cultural Business License (网络文化经营许可证) in the "Attachment" section

申请人在领取营业执照后3天内，必须将《网络文化经营许可证》和营业执照的复印件分别报受理申请的县（市、区）级文化行政部门、公安部门备案。
