I will use the task-based method to let ss work in pairs or groups to find out the problems in the test and try to solve the problems by themselves.

Part three Teaching procedures

1.Warm-up

1) Greetings

At the beginning, I will greet the students and create a real situation: many new teachers come to our school today, we need a guide to introduce our school to the teachers, I will divide the ss into two groups, there are many tasks, the winner can be the guide.

(purpose:It can draw a closer relationship between students and teacher and warm the class.)

2) lead-in

Sing a song

After greetings, I will let students sing a song together and ask what is the song about.

(purpose:It can active classroom atmosphere and inspire students’ interest in English-learning and lead in the class naturally.)

2. Presentation

1) analysis the test paper, find out the losing point and praise the excellent ss, today we’ll focus on these problems and try to solve them.

2) a game: look and say

(purpose：to review the words in this unit)

3)Task1:give the ss a picture of nature park and let them to describe the picture by using “there be“ sentences pattern。

(purpose：review the sentence pattern and train the ss speaking ability)

5) Task 2: group work

use “is/are there…?” to make a new dialogue with your partner.

(purpose：To train the Ss’ ability of working in pairs and groups. and train the ss speaking ability)

6) consolidation exercise 1: listening practice

(purpose：To train the Ss’ listening ability.)

7) consolidation exercise 2:choose the best answer

(purpose：To practice “there be” sentence pattern.)

8) consolidation exercise 3: choose the right answer.

(purpose：To distinguish “any” and “some”.)
