Today, I want to share my ideas about a monster in my mind. The most evil one is overeating. I am always wanted to eat something in these days. When I get up, I want to eat something as breakfast, and there is a monster inside who say: "If you don't have a breakfast, you'll feel hungry later, and you do not have enough energy to work or learn something." So nothing is more important than breakfast. Then the monster persuaded me to have a breakfast. After I eat some oat and milk, a monster stand out and say: "The breakfast is so simple, you need to eat something else like some walnuts" After I eat some walnuts, I told myself: "you've eat enough, I know you want to eat more, but you have to endure，you would gain weight if you eat something else." So I debate the monster in the morning. On my way to the lab, the monster jumped out and said:" How about buying some steamed pork buns in the dining room? " However, I refuse him.

In the lab, I open my computer and begin to read literature, the monster came up and said: "Is there any food in your drawer? How about a cup of coffee?" Well, a cup of coffee has no direct impact on my weight. It can stimulate my spirit. Then, I drink it.

At 11 o'clock, even I not feel hungry, the monster told me: "It's time to have supper, there will be many people in the dining room if you don't go now." Then I went to the ca teen and have a lunch. During the process, the monster told me: "Protein play a important role in your health, and it is beneficial for losing weight, so you should eat more meat and fish. Only if you do not eat too much rice, you'll not be fat. However, carbohydrate is also essential for your health, you need it. So I have some rice." After supple, the monster always says: "I am not stuffed，Can I have some dessert?"

In the afternoon, I feel tied and likely to find something to eat. The monster said: "I want some yummy food. I want more." I told myself: "You'll feel starving at night, so finding just a little food to eat" But when I begin to eat, the monster went mad and did not want to listen to me thoroughly. This will be ended when my stomach was swollen.

The monster looks so horrible. I wish to repel it. But I had failed after many times of trying.
