Although I don't know when I will get married or get pregnant, I have understood the unavoidable conflict between mom and daughter and the difficulties to educate children.
Last Friday, my aunt called me to inform the good news that her daughter has got a high grade in the college entrance examination and wanted me to offer some advice on how to choose the major and university for her. So my elder sister, her son and I came to visit my aunt last Saturday. Whenever it is useful or useless, I should have a shot at it and offer her some experience.
She was much happy for our coming and was patient to listen to our suggestions. But when my aunt asked her wish or something like that, she became impatient and did not want to talk to her mom. I hope to help out my aunt on how to communicate with her daughter. So we exchange opinions on various issues she has met and finally I pulled her off. In order to foil the conflict, my aunt is better off without more inquiries and with more respect. Maybe her daughter will be better if she was no longer anxious and nervous about her study.
As I know more about the conflict and difficulties of the communication between mom and daughter, I am really afraid of the future possible difficulty I will face with. But it is a little bit too far for me now, I should not worry about the future.
