To tell the truth, I don't have much trouble in falling into asleep. But I had to spend quite a lot time on my phone before I am well prepared for going to sleep. I have trouble in getting up and more often waste my time on smart phone before fully awake for a new day.
Owing to the above reasons, I decide to write something about my sleep struggle in getting up.
There is a famous saying "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy". Obviously, the reverse of that saying is "Late to bed and late to rise of course cannot make a man healthy". Unfortunately, I am just the one who early to bed and late to rise or, more exactly the one who is easy to sleep but difficult to be up. In reference to the above said saying, what will the long term effect would be for anyone who has a similar sleep habit to me. Maybe both theory and practice on this matter is far from conclusive.
However, I truly feel the adverse impact of sleep struggle in getting out of bed. Whenever I rise up late, my body is always in bad situation and I also don't have enough time for breakfast and thus for a whole day work. You can imagine how terrible a day I would get through when I hurry to wash up and work with bread in my mouth.
Please allow my memory return to ten years ago when I was in my senior middle school. Those days I used to do early running everyday even in morning days of cold winter in the north of China.
Memory is after all memory, I can't return to my younger days. But I think I can find my good habit of getting up early and have a nice day that day.
