B11. Control Variable View
Control Variable data are displayed and entered on the selected CV view of the selected controller.
Control Variable view has two operations such as “ENG” and “OPE” modes. Following are the HIS windows for the ENG modes.

Description of items
Various items/parameters need to be entered by operator and engineer is described below.
|Item | Description |Operator mode |Engineer mode|
| ------------- |:-------------:| -----:|
|Tag Name | CV Tag Name |R| R|
|Tag comment | CV’s Comments |R| R|
|Remove From Control| TRUE is selected to remove CV from Control and optimization Objectives. FALSE is selected to keep CV for Control and optimization Objectives. |R/W|R/W|
|Priority |CV’s Priority can be defined from 1 to 100 based on control requirement. If there is a control problem to achieve steady state then CV are given low priority by assigning numerical value accordingly. |R |R/W|
|* Set Value Type| The type of CV is indicated SETRNG indicates Zone Control i.e. CV will be controlled within specified limits (zone) SETPNT indicates set point Control i.e. CV will be controlled at specified set point. LOLIMIT indicates Zone Control with only low limit on CV. .Low limit can be changed. High limit is HILIMIT indicates Zone Control with only high limit on CV. High limit can be changed. |R |R|
|Setpoint Tracking Filter |This information is effective when SET VALUE TYPE is in SETPNT (Set point) control. TRUE indicates SETRANGE HIGH/SET RANGE LOW will track the Corresponding CV value. FALSE indicates SETRANGE HIGH/SET RANGE LOW Will not track the Corresponding CV value.| R |R/W|
|* Set Range High Limit |CV’s upper target value is defined. |R/W| R/W|
