选择模型后，图形化模型构建器（GMB）可以让你在流程图型环境中绘制线性连续时间动态模型。例如，下图显示了一个过程模型。

The Graphical Model Builder
After selecting a model, the Graphical Model Builder (GMB) lets you draw linear continuous time dynamic models in a flow-sheet type environment. For example, the following picture displays a process model.

| Title Bar| Displays the name of the model.
| Menu Bar | Contains the menus for the graphical model builder.
| Formatting Toolbar| Contains tools to format the elements in the model builder window.

| Properties Sheet | Displays the properties for the item selected in the model builder window.
| SMOCPro Library | Contains a catalogue of building blocks available to construct a process model.
| Model Builder Window | The window used to build the model.
| Status Bar| Displays information about the window item or model element where the cursor is pointing.
Many of the menu selections are available as tools on the toolbar or by clicking the right mouse button when the cursor is over an element on the workspace.
Using the Graphical Model Builder Menus and Toolbar
File Menu
Close SubSystem– Close the subsystem currently viewed (if any).
Print Preview–Preview the selected model before printing.
Print…– Print the selected model.
Print Setup…– Open the window used to select and set up your default printer.
Page Setup…–Select the way the model is printed.
Save Model–Save the edited model.
Close GMB–Close the Graphical Model Builder.
Edit Menu
Cut – Cut the selected element from the window.
Copy – Copy the selected element.
Paste – Paste the cut or copied element to a new location.
Delete – Delete the selected element.
Select All – Select all the elements in a window.
Select None – Deselect all the elements in a window.
View Menu
Bird’s Eye Viewer… – Display the entire model for navigation purposes.
Block Finder… – Open the window that allows searching for blocks inside the model.
Block Properties… – Open the properties window for the selected block.
Property Sheet… – Toggle the properties sheet window open or closed.
Block Names – Toggle the block name in the window on and off.
Catalogue – Toggle the catalogue window open or closed.
Toolbars – Open the dialogue window used to select the toolbars you want to view.
Toolbars Submenu
Standard–Display or close the standard toolbar.
Formatting–Display or close the formatting toolbar.
