All work and no play can make a person far away from reality because sometimes we're too hooked on our work to the point that we couldn't understand the lifestyle of common people. That's why common people call a workaholic person- Jack the dull boy but what is the fact and how did we came up with this? What's the meaning behind this proverb? Let's look at the current education or just look around you and notice the people close to you. Have you found a person like this? Probably, then try to get to know their parents more to see why they became like this. Did they get enough love from their parents and from the society? Did their parents pushed them to be like this or maybe their parents are workaholic themselves. In today's world, it's not surprising to see a person like this. Actually, I've met one and I asked him. "What's the color of your world?" and without a pause, he told me "All white". Oh, white? Only white? I'm expecting he would say my world is colorful but then he told me that he's not expecting me to understand because we are in different zones then I thought, Oh my god, maybe he is one of those "Jacks", boring. One day, I saw him on stage presenting and my jaw dropped. Wait, what? Is this the person who told me his world is white? It felt like he is a different person, he presents a speech about cooking humorously. I said great speech to him after he finished. He really captured the audience heart and mind and I asked him, "How did you do that?". He told me that Jack the dull boy focuses on learning but sometimes, they can be interesting too. My dear, are you one of them? Are you working or studying too hard? In today's world, we are often pushed by the pressure of society to study and work hard but sometimes, we need to take a break. We have to know how to balance our lives. We have to incorporate some fun when we are learning and a stress reliever when we are working.
