Let me tell you the happy event in my home I remembered when I was a kid. It happened in most of spring festivals, and my parents and I would dine together with my relatives. I guess it was a kind of a social activity. We would go to a fancy restaurant to have lunch or dinner.
My father would book a private room in the restaurant, and sometimes there was a karaoke in the room. And my cousins and I could sing songs. This could help us reduce anxiety and make us happier. Besides, I could talk to my relatives who had common interests with me, and people could forget about task at hand and enjoy the holiday. For me, it was a pleasurable experience.
But things changed in these years, because some of my relatives work in neighboring provinces and others settle down in a foreign country. Sometimes, there are only three or four families will get together during the spring festival. I think it's a trend that people prefer to travel in the holidays rather than reuniting with family members. I don't know if I will do that in the future.
