一個公司是有很多工作內容組成的，一個老闆做哪些工作，看了很多案例，我的總結是創業者的工作內容其實不一定，例如理查布蘭森、馬克祖克柏、郭台銘、伊隆馬斯克、馬雲等都是企業創辦人，但他們每個人做的工作內容都不一樣，最好的方式我覺得要創業首先要評估你的熱情與天賦，看你能做哪些工作，能把哪些工作做的好、哪些工作給別人做。
