再做一次蒜香面包,这次芳仔全程围观,从下午一点开始,到六点出炉,花费的时间比上次减少了半天,蒜的用量有所减少,味道恰到好处,黄油用量增加,但实践证明,之所以蒜蓉酱永远只够挤5个半,是因为裱花袋口剪得太大,而不是黄油量少。
(I made garlic bread again. This time I got my friend Fang accompanied. It took me 5 hours less than the last time 8 hours. It's good to use less garlic. But 40g butter seems too much.)
面包出炉后芳仔一口气吃了一又四分之三个,并且连连称赞,说是她吃过最好吃的面包。身为制作者的我当然是很开心。

在等待的过程中,我有时候会跟芳仔说这次面包的做法、以前的经验教训等等,加之最后的成果比较好,惊觉自己这么长时间还是做了些成果的。果然,人是需要交流和赞美的。
