1）学习该音发音方法请先学习/ɔː/和/ɪ/这两个单元音。

2）发音时下颌张开，嘴唇略呈圆形，稍稍向外突出。

3）舌前部收缩，舌后部向软颚抬起，但不要接触到软颚。

4）舌身放松前探，舌尖轻触下齿，舌前部微微抬起。整个过程就是从/ɔː/音慢慢滑向/ɪ/。

注意：/ɔɪ/是个"开合双元音"，即牙床由半开到接近半合，口形由稍大而圆变为小而扁。发音时舌位由低到高，由舌后部抬高滑向舌前部抬高，音量由强到弱，由长到短，由清晰到含糊。
