Why are principles important？

How to get principles？
1.forge them by yourself from our own experiences and reflections on those experiences.
2.accept others’ principles ,even holistic packaged principles.(it is not necessarily a bad thing to use others’ principles,but having others’ without much thought may lead a risk of inconsistency to your true values. )
怎么样使用原则？不停的反问，不停实践，不停的迭代，最好能记录在纸上；

1.ask:why?to make principles better and consistent with our core values.
2.carefully consider and try to operate others’ principles , one day,the principles will evolve from" others’ principles" to "my principles”.”others’”will fade from picture in much same way as memories of ski instructor and basketball coach fade after you have masteredd the sports.
3.adopting pre-packaged principles without much thought is risky,please ask “is it true ?”
