[Attack]: I think this fallacy is Question- begging definition which has its conclusion in the definition.Because SEAN thought that “criminal mind” is thing which cannot be rehabilitated. And that is the same meaning as the conclusion that those criminal who were rehabilitated because they don’t have “criminal mind” and “criminal mind” can't be rehabilitated.

[premise]: The third chapter of second Timothy(in the bible) says “all scripture is given by inspiration of God.
[conclusion]: Bible is the inspired word of God.
[Attack]: I think this fallacy is Arguing in a circle which has its conclusion in the premise. Because DOROTHY thought that the third chapter says all scripture of the Bible is given by inspiration of God . And all scripture is the same meaning as the Bible , so the conclusion has been proved in the premise.
