工作内容 Job Description
1. Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, for Auto Industry in general with focus on Building & Infrastructure business in construction market;
2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
3. Negotiate contracts;
4. Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
5. Promote BV image byparticipating to seminar, presentations…
6. Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;
7. Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;
工作要求:
1. Civil, or Mechanicaland/or auto engineering degree or business degree with working experience inreal estate/ auto industry;
2. 5 years minimum workexperience following university / engineering degree
3. Knowledge andunderstanding of construction industry and project management;
4. Familiar with therelevant standard/code will be an advantage;
5. Pleasing personality withgood interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
6. PC skills, notably withPowerPoint presentation abilities;
7. Experience in the fieldof project management/execution and/or sales in building industry;
8. Chinese nationality orOversea/Returnee Chinesepreferred, fluent in Chinese, English
