这次笔者主要讲了王牌飞行员的训练奇迹，将它和外科医生的漫长且低效的学习过程进行对比，并尝试将王牌飞行员的训练办法用于训练医生的故事。

上来先摒弃了一些学习误区，寻求思维模式的改变，而不是一切照旧——

“我不行”

“你只是看起来很努力”——花很多时间重复做机械的工作，而且足够刻苦——结果就是停滞甚至是倒退

最快的学习方法，当然是实践出真知咯，实战，实战！在日常的生活和工作当中，磨炼自己的技能~~事实上企业界的大牛也都是这样做的。

我们在中学阶段总是充满了层出不穷的期中期末、月考周考、以及当堂测验——这就是传说中的即时反馈，检测知识的掌握度，这就是应试教育的双刃剑咯——一方面，它刻意强化了“知识”，另一方面 ，它最不重视“技能”（明天要阅读的部分）

然而步入大学以后，即时的反馈真的很少很少，一个学期没怎么听课往往是期末了才会面临一个“反馈”。这让临时抱佛脚的人为难。还有不到一年就毕业了，感觉甚至有些不敢对自己做些测试或者反馈——又很容易陷入之前“很努力，但就是基因里的不自信”的怪圈。

不如给自己定个小目标，在学习的时候常常问问自己下面这些问题——
