On Saturday, the players after warming up without ball and coordination exercise, learnt how to control the ball by inside and outside of the foot, then some feints have been introduced (stepover and its variations), trainees are of different levels, some are beginners and others are good at performing the exercises.
At the same time body coordination is required and corrected. Finally they played and enjoyed the game (3vs3).
On Sunday due to heavy rain in the morning, the number of young trainees was reduced to 12. The main exercises were ball control and pass the ball; after one exercise designed by the club was introduced –pass and follow with its variations (6players, two balls), itwas not easy for them but after many instructions and repetition they performed the exercise.
