During my time in Beijing, President and I have had several conversations about our common goals and interests. Beyond that we talk often the very good chemistry between the two of us, believe me.
访京期间，我和主席几次谈到我们共同的目标和利益，此外我们还常说到我们两人间良好的互动关系，真的。
My administration is commited to improving our trade and business relationships with China, and this relationship is something which we will work at very hard to make a fair and a reciprocal one.
我这届政府致力于改善我们和中国之间的贸易和业务关系，并且我们会努力使它走向公平、互利的方向。
Trade between China and the United States have not been - over the last many many years - a very fair one for us. As we all know, America has a huge annual trade deficit with China, a number beyond anything what anybody would understand. This number is, shockingly, hundreds of billions of dollar each year. Estimates are as high as 500 billion dollars a year.
中美之间的贸易在过去的很多很多年里对我们来说都不是很公平。我们都知道，美国对中国有着巨大的年度贸易逆差，数字之巨大，超出任何人的理解范围。每年的逆差数字达到数千亿美元，令人震惊，估算值高达每年5000亿美元。
We must immerdiately address the unfair trade practices that drive this deficit, along with barriers to market success. We really have to look at access, forced technology transfer, and the theft of intellectual property, which just by and of itself is costing the United States and its companys at least 300 billion dollars a year.
我们必须立即应对导致了这种贸易逆差的不正当贸易行为，并消除阻挠市场成功的壁垒。我们得研究解决市场准入问题、强制技术转移问题和知识产权盗窃问题，光是这些，每年就给美国和它的公司们造成了至少3000亿美元的损失。
Both the United States and China will have a more prosperous future if we can achieve a level economic playing field. Right now, unfortunately, it is a very one-sided and unfair one, but, but! I don't blame China. (Laughter and applause)

After all, who can blame a country for being able to take advantage of another country for the benefits of its citizens? I give China great credit. (Laughter and applause) But in actuality I do blame past administrations for allowing this out-of-control trade deficit to take place and to grow. We have to fix this because this just doesn't work for our great American companies and it doesn't work for our great American workers. It is just not sustainable. I look forward to working for that goal and to pursuing fair and lasting engagement.
到头来，一个国家为了自己公民的利益而去占另一个国家的便宜，谁又能责怪这种行为呢？我承认，中国干得很漂亮。（笑声，掌声）但我确实要怪过去的数届（美国）政府，他们允许了贸易逆差的发生、增长和失控。我们必须解决这个问题，因为对于我们伟大的美国公司们来说，这样是不行的；对于我们伟大的美国工人们来说，这也是不行的。长此以往，国将不国。希望我们能为这个目标而努力，谋求公平、长久的两国往来。
