Once upon a time, there was a brave archer named Hou Yi. He had a magical bow and arrow that could shoot far and accurately.
In ancient China, there were ten suns that appeared in the sky every day. The heat they emitted was incredibly intense and caused a lot of trouble for the people. The fields became dry, the rivers dried up, and the people suffered greatly.
The people turned to Hou Yi for help, hoping that he could solve this problem for them. Upon hearing their plea, Hou Yi decided to step forward and use his archery skills to save everyone.
So, Hou Yi picked up his bow and arrows and went to a high mountain. He pulled the bowstring tight, aimed at one of the suns in the sky, and released the arrow. Swish! The arrow flew like lightning, straight into the sky.
The sun was hit and emitted a dazzling light. With the arrow's hit, one sun disappeared. People saw this scene and were overjoyed, expressing their gratitude to Hou Yi.
