Key to self-control:Avoid thinking about cravings
"I'm having the thought" challenge:Whenever you think about your cravings, add "I noticed that I'm having the thought" before your cravings.(ex. I noticed that I'm having the thought of playing video games."
Honor the feeling of shame.
