1）双唇收圆，稍稍向外突出，嘴形小而圆，嘴角肌肉放松。
2）舍身后缩，舌尖离开下齿。
3）舌后部向软颚抬起，震动声带，短促有力发出/ʊ/音。
注意：/ʊ/个短元音，要诀是发音时收小腹，牙床半合，短促有力。

练习感悟：
1.听第一遍后复述，我的重点在是否听懂，所以没有特别注意语法是否正确。第二遍听写，发现第一遍听错的单词很多是连读，比如fine afternoons听成了final afternoons。第二遍之后修改了几处错误，好在错的地方没有影响全文大意，细节有出入。Had有弱读，在字典上查证了，所以网上翻译的还是要根据录音进行校对，毕竟是以录音为准嘛~
2.今天不会的单词都查了字典，有些怀念呢，另外我买了陆谷孙先生主编的大辞典！真的超级厚实。
3.21点半开始学习，中间有休息，包括跟我妈和我家狗玩、喝水吃水果、敷面膜，但是完成的很好，结束时间23点。主要是注意力集中。之前去健身房游泳，运动有益身心健康，而且回家路上不知道为什么心情就很好，所以朗读也能够一气呵成，坚持了三十天了，为自己感到高兴。
