so I went skiing

as soon as I stepped onto the mountain
一踏上那座山
felt nervous
感到紧张
People were quickly sliding down the slope .
人们迅速从山坡上滑下来。
Some were sliding and shouting,while others could not slide a few steps before falling down.
一些人在打滑和喊叫，而另一些人在摔倒之前不能滑几步。
felt a bit scared
觉得有点害怕
got snow shoes, poles , skis, and a ski cap
有雪鞋、雪杖、滑雪板和滑雪帽
was important to stay safe
安全是很重要的
started in the flat area
从平坦的地方开始
fell many times
摔倒了很多次
but I didn't give up
但我没有放弃
As I improved, I finally dared to go down the high slope!
随着我的进步，我终于敢下高坡了！
reminds me of the athletes at the Beijing Winter Olympics
