The new term is coming,and I will become a busy girl. Though I have a lot of work to do ,the fitness plan is not replaced. Sometime l feel tired when I spend much time on my work ,and I cannot do anything else just sleeping. In fact,I am lazy to do exercise. In order to form a habit of fitness,I make a plan for myself,which is included three parts :strength,speeding and flexibility. Firstly,I do anaerobic dance that is a warm-up exercise. Then I will take long time on the strength of abdominal muscles and dorsal muscles. Finally,I have to stretch my legs,arms,loin. I need to finish them three time a week. If I don’t do it as I have planed I can not watch movies,eat snacks ,go shopping. So I will try my best to fulfill the promise and put into operation.
